Shipping Policy

Varenform ships to the United States and selected international destinations. Orders are fulfilled through our international fulfillment partners. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $99. For U.S. orders below $99, standard shipping is $7.90. Shipping fees for other destinations are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States and Canada: 7-18 business days
United Kingdom and Europe: 7-18 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 7-18 business days
Asia and other regions: 7-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, holidays, weather, security checks, or other situations outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 2-5 business days to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address or redirect the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and shipping details. We will help check the shipment status with the carrier.
