Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want every Varenform piece to fit well and arrive in good condition. Please review our return and exchange policy before placing your order.
Return and Exchange Window
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
Size, Fit, or Personal Preference
Varenform products are designed with a fitted athletic shape. We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, please contact us before placing your order so we can help recommend the best fit.
For returns or exchanges that are not caused by a product quality issue, customers must contact us first and receive approval before sending anything back. Return shipping costs and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by Varenform.
Quality Issues, Damaged Items, or Wrong Products
If you receive a defective item, damaged item, or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned without prior approval
- Final sale items, unless there is a verified quality issue
- Gift cards or digital products
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a verified quality issue, damaged item, or incorrect item sent by us.
Please contact us before sending any return. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address after your request is approved. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
