Processing times may occasionally be longer during peak periods, public holidays, inventory checks, or other exceptional circumstances.

6. Shipping and Delivery

VAREN FORM offers free standard worldwide shipping on every order to destinations available at checkout. No minimum purchase is required.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are generally:

United States: 5–8 business days
Canada: 7–9 business days
United Kingdom and Europe: 7–10 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 7–10 business days
Asia and other international destinations: 7–12 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local carrier delays, peak seasons, public holidays, severe weather, security checks, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. International Fulfillment

VAREN FORM works with international fulfillment partners to serve customers worldwide.

Depending on product availability and the delivery destination, orders may be fulfilled and shipped from different fulfillment locations.

The fulfillment location of an order may differ from our registered business address.

8. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

VAREN FORM provides duty-paid international shipping. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or similar import charges are covered by us, unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

Under normal circumstances, customers will not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

9. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@varenform.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the fulfillment process.

10. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email when available after an order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

11. Returns and Exchanges

Eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging included.

For returns or exchanges that are not caused by a verified product quality issue, damaged item, or incorrect item sent by us, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any related return expenses.

Customers must contact VAREN FORM Support and receive return authorization before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

For verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items, VAREN FORM will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.

12. Refunds

Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are normally processed within 5–10 business days.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Original shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

13. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, returned without original tags or packaging, returned without prior authorization, or marked as final sale unless a verified product defect applies.
